Privacy Policy

ourbeom.com (“this site”) is a static website carrying company information and contact details. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no contact forms, and no advertising.
This document covers this site. Products have their own policies — SIMTA, Proofie.
1. Visit statistics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and runs without consent.

Records stop at country level. The IP address and anything that identifies an individual are not included.
2. Google Analytics
Used for long-term trends. It sets cookies and runs only with consent.
- No script is downloaded before consent. A choice card appears at the bottom right on a first visit.
- Declining does not affect the section 1 statistics.
- The choice can be changed at any time under “Cookie choice” at the bottom of this page.
The scope matches section 1, plus a random identifier that distinguishes repeat visits from the same browser. Names and email addresses are not transmitted.
3. What is stored on the device

The cookie choice is recorded in localStorage rather than a cookie because a cookie would remain on the devices of visitors who declined.
No device fingerprint is built. Activity on other sites is not tracked, and the statistics are not used for advertising or provided to third parties.
4. Processors and international transfer

This site is served through Cloudflare, so requests pass through Cloudflare’s network, including the United States. Transfer to Google occurs only with consent.
5. Retention
- Section 1 — queryable in the Cloudflare dashboard for up to 30 days.
- Section 2 — event-level records are deleted after 14 months. Aggregated standard reports of country, pages, and visit counts are not subject to that limit.
Neither is exported or stored elsewhere.
6. Your rights
- Cookie consent can be withdrawn under “Cookie choice” at the bottom of this page. Transmission stops immediately.
- Access to or deletion of Google Analytics records can be requested at the address below. Only a random identifier is collected, so that identifier is required to locate the records.
- The section 1 statistics contain no value that identifies an individual, so there is nothing to access, correct, or delete.
Disabling JavaScript or enabling tracking protection stops the statistics entirely. The full contents of this site remain readable either way.
